All our pre loved parcels are sent Royal Mail 2nd class and take 3-5 working days to arrive with you.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Standard Shipping - £2.99 (FREE for orders over £50)

Local Delivery - £1.50 (Only available to those local to Salisbury, this is automatically calculated at checkout.)

FREE for orders over £20.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do offer refunds and exchange for faulty items only. If you have any issues with your order please get in contact with us within 7days of your items arriving, so that we can discuss your order and solve any issues that may have occurred.
