All our pre-loved parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Standard Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)- £3.99 (FREE for orders over £50)

Return & Exchange Policy

We do offer refunds and exchange for faulty items only. If you have any issues with your order please get in contact with us within 7days of your items arriving, so that we can discuss your order and solve any issues that may have occurred.
